About me

Hey i’m David. A documentary photographer from London with a passion for telling stories through beautiful imagery.

I was born a Lincolnshire lad before university took me ‘south’, graduating in Graphics from Buckinghamshire University, eventually finding my way to working full time in the design industry.

Coming from the creative industries, the transition behind the lens has been a natural evolution, balancing my life today as both Art Director and as a Photographer.

I would describe my photography style as reportage (or documentary), capturing real life stories across a range of photographic genres. including:

Street
Portraits and Environmental Portraits
Weddings and Celebrations
Clubs and Sports
Lifestyle and Travel

Whatever the story, for me it’s always an opportunity to try and capture something genuine and unique. To discover that extra-ordinary ‘something’ and portray it through beautiful imagery.
